Project Planning & Monitoringn

- Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks
- Ensure quality control and compliance with brand guidelines

Vendor & Cost Managementn

- Finalize vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs without compromising quality
- Monitor project budgets and drive cost efficiencies

Process Excellencen

- Build scalable SOPs for retail project execution
- Drive continuous improvement in timelines, cost, and quality

Data & Reportingn

- Track key metrics such as cost per store, time to launch, and ROI
