Role Summary

n

We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer with solid experience in building scalable data pipelines and working with modern data platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

n

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across data ingestion, transformation, and data modeling, and supporting downstream analytics and reporting.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric / Azure tools
- Ingest data from multiple sources such as:
- APIs
- Databases
- Flat files (CSV, JSON, etc.)
- Perform data transformation and processing using SQL, Python, or Spark
- Design and implement ETL/ELT workflows
- Work with Lakehouse / Data Warehouse architectures
- Ensure data quality,



performance optimization, and reliability
- Collaborate with BI teams to support reporting and analytics use cases
- Assist in data modeling and schema design (star schema, medallion architecture)

Required Skillsn

- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Fabric (preferred) OR Azure Data stack
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Data Lake (ADLS)
- Azure Synapse / Databricks / Spark
- Strong experience in:
- Data ingestion & pipeline building
- SQL (advanced queries, joins, performance tuning)
- Python / PySpark (data processing)
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline design
- Understanding of data modeling concepts

Nice to Haven

- Basic experience with Power BI / dashboards
- Exposure to Fabric Lakehouse / OneLake
- Experience working with API integrations
- Retail / e-commerce domain exposure
