Job Description:
JGS Jaipur Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated IT Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in IT support and basic system management. The candidate will assist the IT team in maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting day-to-day IT operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software.
- Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Help in troubleshooting system, network, and printer-related problems.
- Support the IT team in system setup, user account creation, and access management.
- Maintain records of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues.
- Help with basic network support and connectivity issues.

Requirements:





- Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or any programming language will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with the IT team.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility:

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
- Freshers or candidates looking for internship opportunities can apply.
