Role Description

Job Role – Digital Data, Content & Operation Executive (entry Level)

n

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Executive/Intern located in Mumbai.

n

The selected candidate will

n

- Manage YouTube content (uploads, titles, descriptions, scheduling)
- Create and edit subtitles for video content
- Organize and maintain digital assets (footage, backups, hard drives)
- Manage and track hardware drives and content storage systems
- Maintain inventory of camera, lighting, and production equipment
- Support production and content teams with coordination and operations
- Assist in day-to-day studio and administrative tasks

Who We’re Looking For

- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills




- Basic understanding of YouTube/content platforms
- Comfortable working with files, data, and equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in content creation, food, or media is a plus

Qualifications

n

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to facilitate seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and finance-related tasks is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Tools and any other office tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
