You will architect reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work. This is a role for engineers who have already shipped AI into production and want to own the hardest problems: building AI tools that are trusted to make critical decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and Build AI-Enabled Products: Own the technical direction of products built on LLMs and foundation models. You will push new techniques into production fast, not write reports about them.High-Performance Search and RAG: Architect, build, and optimize our data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Own Evaluation Frameworks: Design and own robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs. We take a polyglot approach to working with LLMs,



with a strong preference for getting workloads running on open-source models.Raise the Bar: Set technical standards, drive architectural decisions, and make the engineers around you better through design reviews, mentorship, and leading by example.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.Deep expertise in one or more of: distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.Track record of leading technical projects end-to-end, from system design through production deployment and iteration.Modern Python microservices with Rapid API, Ray.
