**Position**:Division**Finance**Controller**:
**Job Summary**:
The Division Finance Controller is responsible for providing business and financial support to the Division Country/ Operations Manager and team via an engaged business partnering approach to ensure effective profitability and free cash flow management. He/ she engages with the Division operational organizations to provide business performance insights and forward-looking analysis facilitating business decision-making.

Navi Mumbai, INDIA

**Reporting to Division Geo-unit/ Country operations Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Tender/Proposal Technical Documentation
- Approve and Finalize Contract
- Prioritize Opportunities for Engagement
- Analyse Customer Contract Commercial Performance
- Prepare Contract Extension
- Prepare Contract Early Termination
- Analyse Customer Contract Financial Performance
- Develop Income Before Tax Forecast
- Develop Direct Contribution Margin Forecast
- Review Contract Profitability
- Review Business Unit Profitability
- Record Revenue Accruals




- Conduct Contract Assessment
- Validate Revenue Recognition Criteria
- Perform Revenue Accounting

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **_ Chartered Accountant (CA) certification always preferred. _**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a business analysis capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the finance sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
