Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the procurement and contract process for indirect materials, services, and supplies, including capex purchase, engineering parts, MRO, consumables, IT equipment, facilities management, annual service and agreement.
- Coordinate and facilitate procurement processes including sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, vendor development/management and P2P cycle.
- Release PO, follow up for the delivery, liaison with Freight forwarder and customs agents, track the shipment until delivered to store.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and promote sustainable sourcing.
- Have global market knowledge & gather market analysis and commodity information to support strategic decisions.




- Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs and ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Work closely with legal teams during supplier contract negotiations/finalization.
- Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for materials to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Monitor stock movement and usage trends and take proactive measures to adjust orders as necessary.
- Spend analysis and categorization of spend on monthly basis.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA mm module.
