Key Responsibilities:

n

- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print media.
- Design high-quality graphics, layouts, illustrations, and branding assets, including logos, product creatives, and marketing materials
- Advertising and digital marketing background with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submitting them for approval.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos,



and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CorelDRAW(optional).
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and maintaining design standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as printers and production teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); working knowledge of tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Figma is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work to be submitted.
- Strong understanding of storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection, and all key aspects of audiovisual content
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field.
