Maintain and update customer master data in SAP and Salesforce.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer data across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.
Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients.
Assist in data management projects and process improvement initiatives.
Identify and report data discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
Support the implementation of data governance and best practices.

Experience Required:
1 - 5 years of experience in customer service or data management roles.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education: Any Graduation
