The Role

Mid-senior Graphic Designer + Video Editor. You’ll own both- not one as a side skill- and work closely with clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

n
Design high-performing ad creatives & social content
Edit Reels, ads, and brand videos with strong storytelling
Translate rough ideas into polished output
Collaborate with content & performance teams
Present concepts with clear rationale
Use AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Firefly) to enhance speed & creativity

You’re a Fit If

n
2–5 years agency experience + robust portfolio
Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects along with AI tools
Experience with D2C/performance creatives
Strong design POV + attention to detail

Not a Fit If

n
Portfolio = basic offline creatives
Depend heavily on AI or detailed briefs
Struggle with deadlines & revisions
