Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and concerns, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
The Specialist will also support sales activities, promote products or services, and contribute to driving the company's revenue growth.
The role is in office and does not require travelling to various locations.
Qualifications
Solid Phone Etiquette and effective and strong english communication skills
Ability to foster positive relationships and resolve customer issues promptly
Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working on Excel
Graduate/ BBA
