Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer with a solid data engineering foundation to build and productionize AI solutions end-to-end; from data ingestion and orchestration (Azure Data Factory) through transformation/compute (Azure Databricks) and into core AI/ML/GenAI services, with the ability to contribute to contemporary web applications (JavaScript / React / Next.js)

Required Skills & Experience

n
4+ years of related experience either as a Data Engineer and/or AI Engineer
Strong Data Engineering background building production-grade pipelines and data products
Azure Data Factory (ADF) experience for orchestration (pipelines, triggers, monitoring, failure handling)
Azure Databricks experience
Core AI/ML/GenAI engineering strength — ability to build, deploy,



and support AI solutions in real environments (not just notebooks).
Experience productionizing AI (turning POCs into secure, maintainable, scalable systems) and improving reliability/monitoring/supportability.
Python proficiency for data + AI development (pipelines, APIs, model/LLM workflows).
Front-end development experience or strong interest with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one of: React.js / Next.js (or similar modern frameworks).
Robust communication skills — able to partner with business + technical stakeholders and document solutions for handoff/support.
