Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as Python Developer, MERN Stack Developer, Data Engineer, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineer, and other IT positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.

Perform initial screening to understand technical skills, experience levels, and role-fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.

Support documentation, offer follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.





Engage candidates throughout the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth experience.

Learn and apply technical terminology, job market trends, and IT hiring strategies.

Participate in team discussions and contribute new ideas to improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Attributes

Robust interest in technical recruitment and understanding of IT roles/skills.

Basic knowledge of programming concepts, software development, and tech stacks (added advantage).

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Confidence in approaching candidates and managing conversations.

Proactive, dedicated, and eager to learn in a quick-paced tech environment.

Familiarity with MS Office tools and online sourcing platforms.

Eligibility

Students pursuing or recently completed BCA, MCA, B.Tech (any specialization).

Available for a full time internship.
