About the Role: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts. You’ll play a key role in building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline, driving outreach, and supporting the BD team through research, data, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

n

Sales Enablement & Research

n

● Create and update sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentations.

n

● Develop case studies highlighting client work, impact, and outcomes.

n

● Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

n

● Support the team with data, insights, and research for proposals and pitches.

n

Lead Generation & Outreach

n

● Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online directories.

n

● Generate, qualify,



and nurture inbound and outbound leads.

n

● Execute outreach campaigns via emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn.

n

● Schedule and coordinate meetings between leads and the sales team.

n

CRM & Collaboration

n

● Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and pipeline information.

n

● Ensure proper tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.

n

● Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and follow-ups.

n

● Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, lead quality, and conversions.

n

What You’ll Bring

n

● 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or similar roles.

n

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

n

● Excellent communication and research skills.

n

● Comfort with outbound prospecting and client engagement.

n

● Experience with CRM and lead generation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

n

● Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and lead nurturing process.

n
