Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing deep functional expertise and hands-on technical solutions across multiple HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Act as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM modules including:
- Core HR / HRMS
- Payroll (North America / Global)
- Perks Administration
- Time & Labor
- Absence Management
- Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning)
- Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions
- Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet business needs




- Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Support UAT, system testing, and end-user training
- Provide post-production support and continuous improvements

Technical Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM solutions using:
- PeopleCode (Advanced & Application Classes)
- Application Engine
- Component Interfaces
- Application Designer
- SQR, SQL, BI Publisher
- Design and support integrations using:
- Integration Broker
- REST/SOAP web services
- Third-party vendor integrations
- Perform data conversion, data migration, and reconciliation
- Apply PeopleSoft PUM images, tax updates, patches, and bundles
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Support and enhance PeopleSoft Fluid UI components

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional experience
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and system architecture
- Experience with PeopleTools 9.2
- Advanced SQL and debugging skills
- Experience in implementation, upgrade, and AMS/support engagements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
