We're looking for someone who LIVES it. Dreams in hex codes. Gets unreasonably excited about kerning. Has opinions about gradients.

PROFICIENCY IN - After Effects, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Da Vinci Resolve

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Make things move, breathe, and feel alive (motion graphics, reels, short-form content, the whole vibe)

• Design for social, campaigns, and brand moments that make people stop mid-scroll

• Take a half-baked idea from a Tuesday standup and turn it into something that looks like it took a week





• Vibe with the team, riff on concepts, and occasionally save us from ourselves

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2–3 years of making things look positive (and move even better)

• Canva fluency - yes, really, and we're not apologising for it

• A design eye that can't be turned off even at 11 pm when you're doomscrolling

• Curiosity > perfectionism. We want someone who tries stuff.
