Primary JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE STAFF NURSE IN OT INCLUDE:-

- Preoperative & Postoperative Care: Preparing patients for surgery, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring post-operative monitoring in recovery rooms.
- Surgical Assistance: Assisting surgeons and anesthetists during cardiac and vascular surgeries, including CABG, valve replacements, and angioplasty.
- Instrument & Equipment Handling: Proper sterilization, handling, and setup of surgical instruments and cardiac OT equipment.




- Aseptic Techniques & Infection Control: Ensuring a sterile field in the OT and adherence to surgical asepsis protocols.
- Anesthesia Management Assistance: Assisting anesthetists with intubation, monitoring anesthesia effects, and maintaining airway patency.
- Emergency & Crisis Handling: Quick response to intraoperative complications, including bleeding, arrhythmias, or cardiac arrest.
- Specimen Handling & Documentation: Proper labeling and handling of biopsy specimens and maintaining surgical records.
- Post-Surgery Patient Transfer: Coordinating patient transfer from OT to ICU or recovery room with proper handover.
- OT Inventory & Stock Management: Ensuring the availability of surgical consumables, sutures, and sterile drapes.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
