Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join Vergo, a fast-growing ergonomic chair brand focused on comfort, posture, and productivity. The role involves handling customer communication across calls, emails, and live chat, managing marketplace complaints, and ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining Vergo’s brand reputation across e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

- Handle boardline calls, customer emails, and live chat queries professionally.
- Respond to Amazon Buyer–Seller messages within SLA timelines.
- Manage customer complaints on Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, and the website.
- Create and manage customer complaint tickets on Zoho Desk and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist customers over calls by troubleshooting issues or arranging technical support / replacements.
- Resolve negative reviews and feedback on Amazon and the website.




- Politely request positive reviews from satisfied customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and quick issue closure.

Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
