#### **Roles & Responsibility**

n

Draft, review and negotiate a variety of Agreements (including vendor / supplier contracts, NDAs, MoUs,IT / software Agreements, marketing / endorsement agreements, renewals etc.) while ensuringCompany’s contractual and commercial interests, compliance with regulatory / legal framework andinternal company policies (including McDonald’s Global standards). Identify, assess, mitigate and quantify contractual and commercial risks for the Company pertaining toAgreements; develop internal risk reporting mechanisms. Advise stakeholders on appropriate contractual and commercial risk mitigation strategies and trade-offspertaining to the risk exposure in line with internal company policies and standards. Develop negotiation plans for third party engagement to optimize negotiation outcomes,



which includesidentification of the items that will be negotiated and risk assessment of the individual impact on theoverall negotiation & business objectives. Maintain centralized contract repository and implement process for efficient Agreement management. Support the Company’s Compliance and Business Ethics Program. Develop, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for various internalDepartments / areas to ensure compliance with McDonald’s global requirements, regulatory framework,values of ethics and integrity, and industry-specific standards. Develop and conduct training programs for internal stakeholders on legal and compliance relatedmatters.

#### **Requirements**

n

LLB(Mandatory) from a university recognized in India.

n

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the practice of law, a combination of law firm and in-housecounsel experience will be preferred in the area of Agreements and Compliance. Experience in QSR, Retail or Services in that order. However, experience in other sectors such asmanufacturing will be useful and will be considered.
