Job Title: Senior Finance Functional Consultant – D365 F&O; Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Experience: 7+ years Candidates can share your resume to: Note: Immediate-15days joiners are preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O;). The ideal candidate will lead and support the end-to-end implementation of D365 Finance modules, providing expertise in financial processes, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities: Lead the requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration of D365 F&O; Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Project Accounting. Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes to Dynamics 365 functionalities. Prepare functional design documentation, including business process flows, gap analysis, and integration requirements.



Configure and customize the finance modules as per business needs. Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and user training for finance teams. Provide leadership in data migration planning and validation for financial data. Collaborate with technical teams (developers, data migration experts, system architects) to ensure accurate implementation. Support integration of D365 with other systems (e.g., payroll, banks, 3rd party reporting tools). Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support post-deployment. Contribute to pre-sales activities and proposals, when needed. Required Skills and Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Robust knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes (P2 P, O2 C, R2 R). Demonstrated experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of D365 Finance. Proficiency in
