- Greet customers warmly and assist them with entry, tickets, and game cards
- Explain available games, offers, packages, and membership plans
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and professionally
- Assist customers in using arcade games, VR, bowling, and other attractions
- Ensure games are operating properly and report issues to the technical team
- Ensure safety rules are followed inside the gaming area
- Monitor customer behavior and prevent misuse of machines
- Keep the gaming area, counters, and waiting zones clean and organized
- Create a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment
- Encourage repeat visits by informing customers about offers and events
- Collect Google reviews and customer feedback when appropriate
- Upsell additional games or recharge offers in a polite manner

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
