We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Junior HR to support our CEO. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, also with an HR background who are looking to grow into a strategic support role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes during meetings
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely execution
- Support internal communication between CEO and teams
- Handle travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, local transport)
- Assist with research and special projects
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and team activities
- Support documentation aligned with ISO 27001 standards
Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Background in HR or Administration or any degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and work closely with leadership
