What You’ll Do

n

As a Trade Manager, you will lead deal execution, manage trading risk, and build scalable trade processes across global carbon and renewable energy certificate markets. You will work closely with origination/sales, finance, legal, and compliance to drive profitable and compliant growth.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Execute and negotiate OTC trades end-to-end (pricing, contracting, closure)
- Manage trading book, pricing, margins, and risk strategies
- Track market trends, regulations, and identify trade opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal,



and counterparties for seamless execution
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and smooth settlement processes

What We’re Looking For

n

- 6+ years of total experience, with 4–6 years in carbon credits/IRECs/environmental commodities
- Solid understanding of carbon market mechanisms and environmental commodity trading
- Proven experience in structuring and negotiating OTC contracts and commercial terms
- Strong analytical capabilities, market research skills, and comfort with financial modelling
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
