Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Support Sales team in Business Development of Key Initiatives.
- Lead solution architecture and delivery for complex business and technology challenges.
- Drive adoption of Solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end program management, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- People manager responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Technology, or Business.
- 12+ years of experience in transformation leadership, solution architecture, or consulting.
- Solid expertise in digital strategy, and enterprise technology.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, TOGAF, ITIL, or Six Sigma (preferred).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
