Roles and Responsibilities:

● Sales Process Evaluation:

n

β—‹ Review and assess the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

n

β—‹ Analyze each stage of the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

n

β—‹ Ensure that sales representatives are following the established sales procedure and guidelines.

● Sales Performance Monitoring:

β—‹ Monitor and evaluate sales representatives' performance through call monitoring,

sales metrics, and data analysis.

β—‹ Identify strengths and weaknesses of individual team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

n

● Quality Assurance:

n

β—‹ Conduct regular audits of sales calls, emails, and other customer interactions.

n

β—‹ Evaluate the quality of communication, customer handling, and adherence to company sales scripts and policies.

n

β—‹ Provide feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and customer engagement.

● Data Analysis and Reporting:

β—‹ Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

n

β—‹ Prepare reports on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

β—‹ Collaborate with sales management to develop actionable strategies based on data insights.

● Training and Development:

β—‹ Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs.

β—‹ Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.

● Customer Satisfaction:

β—‹ Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer complaints and issues related to the sales process.

● Process Improvement:

β—‹ Work with sales managers and cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Eligibility

n

● Any Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the ed-tech industry.

n

● Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related field, with team handling experience.

n

● Solid leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.

n

● In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards).

n

● Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

n

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

n

● Certification in quality management (e.g Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Belt) is highly desirable.
