Developing visual concepts and storyboards for campaigns, including print ads, TV commercials, social media, and digital assets.n
- Visual Direction & Production:
Defining the overall look, including selecting photography styles, typography, and color palettes. They oversee photo/film shoots and approve final artwork.n
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.n
- Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality visual campaigns.n
- Experience:
Experience in advertising, design, or marketing, often requiring several years in a junior or mid-level creative role.n
Key Requirements:

- Fine Arts / NIFT / Art College background preferred.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design & visual direction.
- Solid ideation skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Proven experience in agency settings is highly valued.
