We’re looking for a Associate/Senior Associate!

n

What you’ll do

n

Identify data requirements and the data sources for monitoring of the program

n

Scorecard development and analysis

n

Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output

n

Development of Comprehensive framework for monitoring and implementation of projects

n

Monitoring and evaluation of Project outcomes

n

Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects by identifying bottlenecks requiring resolution

n

Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system

n

Following of concurrent monitoring of implementation by all the Implementation agencies

n





Review of end of project evaluation by various implementing agencies

n

Review of TOR for evaluation & monitoring in various projects proposed by IAs

n

Deploying various innovative tools for effective M&E;

n

What are we looking for?

n

B-Tech / M-Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years' experience.

n

Proficiency in Auto CAD, Estimate preparation, etc.

n
