Role Overview

n

We are looking for a Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 4–6 years of experience to support SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end security and GRC implementation activities including role build, access governance, SoD compliance, emergency access setup, and audit readiness across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Drive end-to-end implementation of SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control for ECC / S/4HANA systems
- Perform requirement gathering with business and functional teams and convert them into security role design
- Design and build roles in PFCG including single, derived, composite roles, and org-level structuring
- Support role redesign and remediation activities as part of security transformation and compliance initiatives
- Configure and implement SAP GRC modules including ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), and BRM
- Perform SoD analysis, risk identification, mitigation control design, and remediation execution
- Support ruleset review, customization, and validation for accurate risk analysis and reporting
- Perform authorization troubleshooting using SU53, ST01, SUIM and assist functional teams during testing cycles




- Support project phases including Blueprint, Realization, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare
- Prepare security documentation including role matrix, SoD reports, firefighter process, and audit-ready deliverables
- Coordinate with SAP Basis, functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and deployment

Required Technical Skills

n

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP Security Implementation (ECC / S/4HANA)
- Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control Implementation
- Hands-on working knowledge in ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM
- Strong understanding of SoD concepts, access governance, risk management, and mitigation controls
- Strong experience in role design, role build, and security testing support
- Good knowledge of authorization concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Robust communication skills and ability to work independently in implementation projects

Preferred Qualifications

n

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori Security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces)
- Experience in GRC ruleset updates, access review processes, and compliance reporting
- SAP Security / SAP GRC certification is an added advantage
