Job Overview

nHetu Clinic is hiring a **Junior Sales & Marketing Executive** to support and grow our **B2B partnerships**. This is a **field-based role** focused on meeting doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and institutional partners to promote Hetu Clinic’s diagnostic services.n

This role is ideal for **early-career professionals** who are eager to learn, comfortable with travel, and motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

nSales & Business Developmentn

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic partners for service promotion
- Assist in onboarding recent B2B clients through meetings, follow-ups, and coordination
- Support corporate and institutional tie-ups under guidance from senior team members
- Convert leads into active clients and ensure repeat referrals

nMarketing & Outreachn
- Support and execute **health camps, screening programmes, and corporate wellness activities**
- Conduct **sample giving and trial onboarding** for doctors and institutions
- Distribute marketing material and explain service offerings clearly

nField Work & Coordinationn




- Travel locally for client meetings, camps, and outreach activities
- Maintain daily visit logs and lead tracking records
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Candidate RequirementsMandatory

n
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, field work, or customer engagement
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or insurance sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
