Role Overview:

n

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PLM Teamcenter Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter customization and implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITK development, BMIDE customization, Active Workspace (AWC), RAC, and server-side development, along with exposure to global delivery environments across industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design, develop, and implement Teamcenter customizations using ITK, BMIDE, RAC, and AWC
- Develop and deploy server-side customizations, workflow handlers, and automation solutions
- Work on BOM management, dataset handling, and named reference management
- Create and manage Active Workspace configurations, tiles, and structure management
- Develop ITK utilities for BOM traversal, data extraction, and reporting
- Configure and manage Product Configurator, variant rules, and constraints
- Perform deployment using Teamcenter Deployment Center




- Customize Teamcenter workflows, handlers, and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global projects
- Support implementation, upgrade, migration, and conversion projects

Required Skillsn

- Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture
- Hands-on experience with:
- ITK Development
- BMIDE Customization
- Active Workspace (AWC)
- RAC (Rich Client)
- Solid understanding of:
- BOM Management & Product Structure
- Workflow Handlers & Custom Actions
- Dataset & Named Reference Management
- Programming skills: C, C++, Java, XML
- Experience with Teamcenter Deployment Center

Preferred Qualificationsn

- Experience working with global clients (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive domains)
- Exposure to Teamcenter Product Configurator and variant management
- Experience in onsite/offshore delivery models (US/Europe)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Recent Project Experience Highlightsn

- Developed BMIDE post actions for dataset validation and security checks
- Built ITK utilities for BOM traversal and data export (CSV/Excel)
- Implemented Product Configurator features and variant rules
- Customized Teamcenter workflows and UI components (RAC & AWC)
- Worked on data migration and integration with external systems

Educationn

- Master’s Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent
