Position: Lead – CLM Implementation

n

Location: Mumbai (Dadar) - 5 days a week (M - F)

Requirement: 5 to 12 years of relevant professional experience

Overview

n

- Implementation SPOC to lead and coordinate the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, legal teams, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the CLM solution

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Serve as the single point of contact for end-to-end CLM implementation initiatives
- Gather and translate legal and contracting requirements into functional system specifications
- Collaborate with Legal, Digital Office, Service lines SPOCs, IT, and external vendors during implementation
- Configure and support workflows across contract authoring, review, approval, execution, and renewal
- Manage implementation timelines, risks, testing, and go-live readiness (This will be jointly managed by SPOC and Digital Office)
- Drive user training, documentation, and change management to ensure adoption across Service Lines




- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

n

- Strong understanding of legal processes, contracting, and contract lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering CLM platforms (e.g., SirionLabs, SimpliContract, Volody, Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Conga, etc.)
- Experience working in or with professional services, legal, or consulting environments
- Ability to bridge legal, business, and technical teams effectively
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

n

- 5 to 12 years of relevant skilled experience
- Prior experience as an implementation lead, product owner, or business analyst for legal tech platforms
- Familiarity with integrations (CRM, ERP, e-signature) and workflow automation
- Project management or implementation certifications are a plus
