Role OverviewVoxmerge Career Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to support end-to-end recruitment operations. This is a freelance contractual internship offering hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. The role is ideal for individuals seeking practical exposure to real-time hiring processes in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct telephonic screening interviews with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews with hiring teams
- Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth interview processes
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various recruitment platforms
- Support onboarding activities including document collection and record management
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and update records regularly




- Prepare recruitment reports and performance summaries
- Conduct and moderate virtual group discussions
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR operations

Working Schedule

- 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (20 hours/week)
- Fixed weekly off: Monday & Thursday
- Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM IST

Compensation & Incentives

- Fixed Honorarium: ₹2,000/month
- Performance Incentive: ₹300 per successfully selected candidate

Qualifications & Requirements

- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes
- Interest in Talent Acquisition and employee engagement
- Familiarity with HR policies and compliance basics
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
