We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR processes.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain recruitment data
- Help in onboarding and documentation of current employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance and leave management
- Assist in payroll-related data preparation (if required)
- Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support
- Support in organizing HR activities and employee engagement programs
- *Requirements:**
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/MBA in HR or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
