Kapiva is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with 2-3 years of experience in graphic design who is passionate about creating visually stunning designs that captivate audiences and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print assets, social media graphics,

email campaigns, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials.

- Lead the design process from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives and brand guidelines into visually impactful designs that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand identity.
- Utilize advanced graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce high-quality designs with meticulous attention to detail and pixel-perfect accuracy.

- Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies,

continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the quality of design work produced by the team.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, priorities tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of skilled experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro,

n

After Effects).

- Excellent design skills, including a keen eye for typography, layout, composition, and colour theory, demonstrated through past work examples.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality designs that meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.
