Role Overview

Agilitas is building a strong and future-ready Finance team to support its growth across brands, retail, manufacturing, and distribution. We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants with 3 – 5 years of experience who are keen to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, improve reporting processes,



and support business decision-making.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Support monthly financial closing and preparation of management reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with business teams on financial planning and commercial decisions
- Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting discipline
- Assist in financial analysis for new initiatives and business opportunities
- Monitor and manage financial transactions and reconciliations.

What We’re Looking Forn

- CA with 3–5 years of experience
- Solid analytical and financial reporting skills
- Good understanding of accounting and compliance
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-scaling, dynamic organization
