- Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address denials and exceptions.
- Analyze and report on accounts receivable performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
