About the Role:

As a Data Analyst at PINscale, you will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling business teams to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with business and engineering teams to clean, transform, and analyze data, build reports and dashboards,

and deliver actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:

n

● Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in line with business requirements.

n

● Validate datasets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness through systematic data quality checks.

n

● Gather and understand analytics requirements and translate business questions into structured data queries and reports.

n

● Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data deliveries.

n

● Detect, debug, and extract data records for root cause analysis and corrective resolution.

n

● Organize and structure data to create models that simplify analysis and visualization.

n

● Monitor metrics for production workloads,



and optimize them for performance & cost.

n

● Handle confidential data responsibly and adhere to data governance standards.

n

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, deliver data solutions, and update datasets as needed when changes occur.

n

● Learn and adapt quickly to emerging analytics tools and techniques.

n

● Be ready to assist with additional tasks or projects based on team requirements.

n

Skills Required:

n

● Advanced expertise in SQL (BigQuery) and analytical querying.

n

● Hands-on experience with Looker Studio or equivalent BI tools.

n

● Solid Google Sheets skills for quick, ad-hoc analyses.

n

● Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

n

● Strong communication skills and proven ability to work with stakeholders.

n

Salary: 4.5 - 6 Lpa

n

Work Week: 6-day work week
