Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations and strategic direction of Angel Blues Solutions. Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Finance and Business Planning to manage budgets, financial forecasting, and overall fiscal health.
- Proven skills in Operations Management to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization.
- Demonstrated capability in Strategic Planning and decision-making to drive long-term business growth and success.
- Experience in Sales and building client relationships to strengthen business development initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous senior leadership experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, or related industries is a strong advantage.
