Position - HRSS (Onboarding Executive)

Experience- 1-2Years in Staffing Operation

Kolkata (Saltlake)

Role -

1. Onboarding

2. Payroll processing

3. Full and final processing

4. Compliance adherence

5. Client and associate management

6. Onboarding process management

7. Employee query management cordination ,

8. Exit interview etc..

Valuable knowledge in Excel would be the mandatory requirements for this position.

Must be responsible for end to end client & associate management.

TL should have exp in - Warehousing, Delivery Bikers, Gen Duty, Housekeeping, Security Guards, Sales ( Retail and Distributor )
