This is the world ’s largest manufacturer of medical scrubs (uniform apparel). They distribute their products through multiple channels including 3rd party retail, wholly owned retail ecommerce sites, and corporate branded sites.
Job Position: Graphic Designer (Marketplace)
Experience: 2-4 years
Office Timing: 11AM-8PM/12PM-9PM
Weekdays: 5 days
Location: Pune (Work from office)
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own visual assets for our Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. This role is critical to improving conversion through high-impact listing imagery, A+ content, and brand-consistent visuals.
- Optimize visuals based on marketplace best practices and Conversion Rate Optimization insights
- Collaborate with content, Catalog, and marketplace teams on recent launches and refreshes
- Maintain brand consistency across all SKUs and platforms
- Manage multiple SKUs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt creatives based on performance data, reviews, and feedback
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4+ years of e-commerce graphic design experience
- Strong experience designing for Amazon listings and A+ content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, premier pro) and Canva for digital and marketing creatives/videos
- Solid understanding of conversion-driven design
- Ability to balance creativity with marketplace compliance rules
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with Walmart marketplace creatives
- Knowledge of Amazon image guidelines and testing
- Basic motion or video editing experience
