- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with technical teams
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and attendance coordination
- Ensure HR policy compliance and employee relations
- Organize employee engagement activities

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA in HR (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and job portals
