Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to Sales Manager, including pricing, product sourcing, and preparing quotations for Customers.
Source and negotiate with International Suppliers to obtain the best pricing and track stock availability.
Act on sales leads and inquiries from Customers, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Track project schedules and generate profit & loss reports for Management.
Collaborate with the Accounts Department to process orders and manage goods delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service and address product-related enquiries and system-related issues.
Opportunity to transition to an outdoor sales role (Account Manager) after 6 months if required.

Requirements





Candidates with no experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Proactive, with a keen initiative to follow up closely and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented, analytical, customer service-oriented, and dedicated to understanding Customers' requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet usage, with a valuable command of the English language.
Minimum qualification of O Level, A Level, or Diploma certificate.
Immediate hiring; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
