About the Role

We are seeking a highly specialized and results-driven AI Automation Engineer to join our fast-moving team. You will be the architect of our internal and client-facing workflows, leveraging a powerful stack of no-code/low-code tools and custom code to eliminate manual work, integrate core business systems, and implement intelligent AI agents.

This is a high-impact role for an expert who can not only build but also design highly reliable, scalable, and complex automated systems.

What You'll Be Building (Key Responsibilities)

- End-to-End Workflow Architecture: Design, build, and maintain complex automation pipelines, primarily using n8n (and sometimes Zapier ) for optimal performance and customizability.
- Intelligent AI Integration: Integrate and orchestrate AI models (LLMs) within workflows for tasks such as lead qualification, agile email generation, data analysis, and decision support.
- Custom Scripting & APIS: Utilize Python to write custom API connectors, perform advanced data cleaning/transformation, and extend the functionality of no-code platforms.
- CRM & Data System Mastery:



Implement robust data synchronizations between core tools, including deep automation and setup within GoHighLevel (GHL) for marketing and sales, and structured data management in Airtable .
- System Reliability: Implement rigorous error handling, logging, and monitoring across all automation to ensure 99.9% uptime and data integrity.
- Process Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to map existing business processes and identify high-leverage opportunities for AI-powered automation.

- n8n (Expert Level): Core platform for complex workflow orchestration.
- Python: For advanced scripting, custom API calls, and data manipulation.
- GoHighLevel (GHL): Setting up funnels, triggers, campaigns, and lead flow automation.
- Airtable: Advanced base design, automation, scripting, and external tool integration.
- Zapier: Experience with building and migrating workflows, and managing Zapier integration logic.
