Human Resources (HR) Intern – Talent Acquisition (TAS) Company: Voxmerge Career Solutions Location: Remote (India) Job Type: Full-Time Internship (Freelance Contract) Duration: 1 Month (Extendable up to 3 Months based on performance) Role Overview Voxmerge Career Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to support end-to-end recruitment operations. This is a freelance contractual internship offering hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. The role is ideal for individuals seeking practical exposure to real-time hiring processes in a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic screening interviews with candidates
Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews with hiring teams
Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth interview processes
Assist in sourcing candidates through various recruitment platforms
Support onboarding activities including document collection and record management
Maintain accurate candidate databases and update records regularly
Prepare recruitment reports and performance summaries




Conduct and moderate virtual group discussions
Provide administrative and coordination support for HR operations Working Schedule
4 hours per day, 5 days a week (20 hours/week)
Fixed weekly off: Monday & Thursday
Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM IST Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Honorarium: ₹2,000/month
Performance Incentive: ₹300 per successfully selected candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes
Interest in Talent Acquisition and employee engagement
Familiarity with HR policies and compliance basics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field Additional Information Candidates must maintain strict confidentiality of company and client data
