About the Role –

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and Experience in operation, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within Travel Industry.

Responsibility –

 Assist customers in selecting the most suitable travel options based on their preferences and budget.

 Handle reconfirm of hotel booking, cancellation, escalation, amendment and other services during the stay and before check-in.

 Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding booking, availability, pricing, and accommodations.





 Maintaining high standard of service for the business and handle query by Voice call, email & chat with 100% quality parameters and CSAT.

 Attentive and be accountable for b2b agents queries and communication follow ups.

 Verify Itineraries, collect and coordinate payment for transportation and accommodations from customer.

Key Skill and Experience Required –

 Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.

 Proficiency in using computer systems, including booking platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.

 Proficient on booking hotel accommodation and transportation for groups and FIT.

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

 Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate solutions.

 Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
