- *Role & responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end AR cycle including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation
- Monitor and analyse AR aging reports and take proactive steps to reduce outstanding balances
- Handle client communication (US clients) for collections and dispute resolution
- Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies and escalations
- Ensure timely and accurate cash application and account reconciliation
- Prepare and present AR dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Finance) to improve cash flow and process efficiency
- Drive process improvements, automation, and SOP standardization
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal audit requirements




- Mentor and guide junior AR team members
- *Preferred candidate profile**
- Strong expertise in US Accounting (GAAP) and Accounts Receivable processes
- In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle
- Hands-on experience in collections, cash application, and reconciliation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (US clients)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
