Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern based in Jaipur. The HR Intern will assist in various human resources functions, including employee management, developing and implementing HR policies, organizing employee benefits, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.



The role involves actively contributing to creating a positive and productive workplace while gaining hands-on experience in HR practices.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and an understanding of core HR functions
Knowledge of HR Management practices and implementation of HR Policies
Familiarity with Employee Advantages programs and Personnel Management strategies
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team
Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior internship experience in HR or related areas will be an added advantage
