Role Overview
SwordNex Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a passion for sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Present company services including software development, website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and training services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic understanding of IT services (preferred)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Qualification
- Any Degree (Marketing / Business / IT preferred)
- MBA (Marketing) – Added advantage
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in sales / business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
