Full-Stack Engineer (Mumbai – Hybrid)
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Weekdays: Remote
Saturday: In-person (planning & reviews, as needed)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-quality Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale a up-to-date, performance-driven digital platform.
This role goes beyond basic development—you’ll work across frontend, backend, and system integrations, directly shaping both the user experience and the underlying systems. The focus is on building fast, reliable, and scalable products with clean architecture.
What You’ll DoFrontend Development
Build and maintain high-performance interfaces using Next.js
Develop clean, responsive, and reusable UI components
Ensure fast load times and smooth, intuitive interactions
Contribute to scalable frontend architecture and component systems
Backend Development
Develop and manage Laravel/PHP-based APIs and services
Build secure, reliable backend systems and endpoints
Handle authentication, validation, and data flow logic
Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend




Dashboard & Product Development
Build and enhance internal dashboards and product interfaces
Translate product requirements into stable, production-ready features
Maintain consistency in workflows, UI behavior, and data presentation
System Integrations
Integrate and manage CMS and CRM systems
Ensure smooth data flow across frontend, backend, and third-party tools
Maintain lead capture, automation, and tracking systems
Performance & Scalability
Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and reliability
Build systems capable of handling 100,000+ users
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve performance
Stability & Maintenance
Maintain a stable production environment
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently
Follow structured development, version control, and deployment practices
Required Skills
Strong experience with Next.js (React)
Strong experience with Laravel / PHP
