About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at American Express. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with Card Members to provide exceptional service and tailored solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized product recommendations that enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a voice-based role within a BPO or captive environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
